[This] is the final of the Land of Stories series. Alex is being controlled by witches and the portal to the Fairy-tale world will open, so Conner has to go and close it and bring Alex back.

Alex [is] smart, kind, and compassionate. Conner [is] funny, imaginative, and excited.

This book does not remind me of any other book, but the first book of the series does. I would recommend it to people who have read the other books. There are 5 other books so it is hard to get in the series on the final book.

I did like the cover, it shows the picture when both of the worlds open a doorway to each other and people come in and out.

If you have read the other books in the series, you can read while having a good understanding of whats happening and what happened. The series itself I recommend, but for the book itself, not for people who haven't read the other books.
