This month we are celebrating Cinco de Mayo and will be creating dishes reflecting the cuisine of Mexico. A selection of cookbooks will be available at the library at least 3 week before the meeting. Please post what you intend to make on the blog so we do not get duplicates. New members are always welcome, please register on the calendar page. Here are the cookbooks we will be using.
