.This month we will celebrate St. Patrick's Day and St. Joseph Day by cooking up recipes from an assortment of Irish and Italian cookbooks. Please post here what you intend to make so we do not get too many duplicates. New members are welcome, please register on the calendar page.

Nudi with Mushroom and Sage Sauce
Our next meeting is Thursday, February 7 at 6:00 PM. Share some fabulous food, your cooking experience and your thoughts on the cookbook you used. We are changing it up a bit for February, focusing on all the new "Celebrity Cookbooks" that have been published. Pick a book and a recipe that catches your eye or taste buds and bring it to our next meeting. Here is a list of books most of which were published in 2018, we will have a good selection of them available for you at the circulation desk at least 2 weeks before we meet.
The January meeting will be held, Thursday, Jan. 10 at 6:00 PM. Share some fabulous food, your cooking experience and your thoughts on the cookbook you used. This meeting focuses on soups, stew, chili and sides, please post what you will bring in the comments section. The group decided to have 4 main dishes, breads, salads, and deserts. The December meeting will be held Monday Dec. 3, instead of Thursday due to a schedule conflict.
This meeting will focus on Holiday Appetizers. There will be a variety of cookbooks available at the front desk for you to use.
